Bird Watching at it’s Best
Walking into Pangot is like stepping into a fairytale village. Tucked away within the Kumaon hills, with magical forests echoing the songs of hundreds of colourful birds and little trails that disappear into sunlit glades, that’s Pangot for you. A birdwatcher’s paradise, Pangot is 15 kms from Nainital and the drive is through the bird habitats of Cheena Peak range forests via Snow View Point and Kilbury.
